I am a Teaching Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a research affiliate at the Center for Demography of Health and Aging at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
I am a macro-labor economist whose primary research focuses on the design of unemployment insurance (UI) programs. My work examines how UI eligibility requirements shape workers’ application behavior, employment decisions, and labor market aggregate/distributional outcomes.
I am also very passionate about teaching and research in economics education and pedagogy. My teaching interests include Macroeconomics, Labor Economics, and Public Policy.
